Overview

You’re welcome to return any item (excluding bespoke or personalised items) for any reason within 14 days of the date of delivery so long as it remains in a saleable condition (i.e. brand new and unused) and has all tags and labels still attached.

You are responsible for arranging the return of the items and for any costs involved.

If you return an item to us, please ensure that you include a note including your name, reference number, address, telephone number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Complaints and Returns Procedure

Please note, any damages to your order must be notified to us within 72 hours of receipt via email or writing.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately.

Any seconds items, made to order items or cut lengths of fabrics are not returnable and cannot be refunded.

Please note that the postage and packing charge is non-refundable and we are unable to refund the cost of returning unsuitable items or cancelled orders.
